Is it free to list a property?

Basic listings are free. Please contact us for information about featured or promoted listing options.

How do I contact a seller or agent?

Each property listing includes a contact button or phone number. You can also use the enquiry form on the listing page to send a message directly.

What property types are available?

We list houses, land, apartments, commercial properties, hotels and villas across all districts of Sri Lanka.

How do I search for properties in a specific area?

Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter a district, city, or keyword. You can also browse by property type using the category bar.

How do I report an incorrect or fraudulent listing?

Please contact us via our Contact page and include the listing details. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

How long does a listing stay active?

Listings remain active until the property is sold, rented, or the owner requests removal. Contact us if you need to update or remove your listing.
